By completing and signing these bail bond application, you are agreeing to be fully responsible for the FULL bond amount. If the defendant fails to appear in court or violates the terms of their release, these contracts will legally bind you to the defendant until the case is fully closed. Providing false or misleading information on this application is a criminal offense and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By signing, you also agree to ensure the defendant appears at all scheduled court dates if he/she doesn't appear in court, YOU the indemnifier will be responsible for paying the full bond amount.
